Do you only serve businesses?
Our focus is supplying businesses: restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, supermarkets, catering companies, shipping lines and professional kitchens. If you have a different kind of need, write to us and we'll confirm whether we can serve it.
Are prices listed on the site?
We don't publish prices on the site. Fresh produce prices vary by season, volume and pack size, which is why every list is quoted and confirmed with our team.
How do I request a quote?
Add products to your list and send it from the site, upload your own purchase file, or message us directly on WhatsApp. You'll receive a reference number and our team replies with availability, pricing and delivery.
Can I upload my own list?
Yes. On “Upload your list” you can attach an Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo of your purchase list. We review it manually and send you the quote.
Do you handle both local and imported produce?
Yes. We work with Panamanian produce depending on availability and season, and imported items to keep a complete offering throughout the year. Every product in the catalog shows its origin type.
What pack sizes do you offer?
Depending on the product: pound, kilogram, unit, bunch, dozen, tray, bag, mesh bag, sack or box. The exact pack size and its contents are confirmed when you request a quote.
What are your delivery zones?
Active delivery zones are published on the delivery zones page and confirmed when you request a quote, based on your location and volume.
Can I request a product that isn't listed?
Yes. If you can't find a product, request it from the search box, include it in the notes of your quote, or message us on WhatsApp: we'll evaluate sourcing it based on season and suppliers.
How do I report a problem with a product?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order reference and photos of the product. We have a documented claims process; the details are in the claims policy.
Can I request a business account?
Yes. Businesses with recurring purchases can request a business account with their billing details. Every application is reviewed manually by our team.
